The MIREU is situated in near Okpo Bay of Geoje Island, the beautiful ocean city which has the World Best Shipyard and offshore plant complex, SHI(Samsung Heavy Industry) yard, DSME(Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering) yard etc. in Korea far south east of the Korean Peninsula. MIREU is located in front of the West Gate of DSME.
